Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by DHL, and processing usually takes 2–3 business days.

 

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

Standard shipping within Germany: €0.95 / €2.90 (depending on size) – Delivery time approx. 3 business days

Shipping within the EU: €1.25 / €3.30 (depending on size) – Delivery time approx. 5 business days

International shipping: calculated individually

 

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

Standard shipping: approx. 3–7 business days

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs processing) are beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can check the delivery status at any time.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at unerhoertmedia@gmx.de.

Damaged items: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can find a suitable solution.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please get in touch. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

 

7. Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at unerhoertmedia@gmx.de to register your return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
