Refund policy

Problems and Damages:
Please make sure to check your order upon arrival and contact us via unerhoertmedia@gmx.de if there are any damages to your product or if the wrong product has been sent so we can try to help the issue as quickly as possible.

 

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal

Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
